Aloha, confidants. It is Quinn.
I have determined two things:
1.) I am quickly learning to write any thoughts I may possess BEFORE I post any photos, because I am fairly certain my words would be quickly ignored if you all were to see the photos first, because
2.) We have the best. clients. EVER!!
Seriously, guys. You all rock. You make our lives too easy and fun. Props to all of you, you know who you are! So this may sound so very lame, but guess what! I am going to Minneapolis….for the first time! Yes. I am a Minneapolis virgin. Unless you could count brief layovers in the airport. I do not. My mom and I have decided to be spontaneous and leave in two days! Woopity woop. I plan on documenting it and sharing it with all y’all. I’m sure most of you will have seen it all before, but bear with me. I’m going to uncharted lands! (For me, that is.) I plan on becoming veeeeery well acquainted with the local Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Ikea. My purchases may or may not include…this hat. Whee!!
MOVING ON.
This is Kayla. She is our senior from the previous blog post, but I figured I’d better give her some of her photos sans-mom. We got to spent time with Kayla both in Bismarck and in Napoleon, and I have come to the conclusion that one can never spend too much time with Kayla. She’s that awesome. We traipsed all over North Dakota and had a blast. Not only is Kayla a hoot and a half, she’s also ah-dorable and has the prettiest green eyes ever (which I secretly covet. shh.) We learned a little while ago that she is recovering from appendicitis! Yikes! Get well soon Kayla- the Glasser Images Team salutes you!

her dog Buck! Cuuuuuuuute.

Abby fell in L-O-V-E with this chair. I am kind of surprised she didn’t try to stuff it in the trunk of her Grand Am.

Woosh!

his name is Walker! Equally as cute.

…Seriously? Fierce. Fiiiiiiiiiiierce.
Hello all! How the heck are y’all? It has been far too long since my last post. I’ve been a busy bee lately! Possibly a little lazy as well, but busy nonetheless.
Life is crazy in Glasser Imagestown. This last week I had to bid adieu to Bessie, my beloved work computer. Her poor hard drive was just too tired and it gave out early Monday morning. A moment of silence for Bessie. So now I am working on a brand spanking new computer until Bessie has new life breathed into her. Unfortunately, until Bessie is fixed, I am working without Photoshop. They say you don’t appreciate something until it’s gone. Let me tell you: I appreciate Photoshop. I feel a little helpless without it. The photos are still rockin’, but I have to say- I am a little incomplete. Nevertheless! We are marching onward, and Bessie II should be up and running by the end of the week! Whew.
Here is a sample of what came of our recent travels to Napoleon, North Dakota! I had the immense privilege to snap Kayla’s senior photos, and her mom Lori wanted a photo of the two of them! Isn’t she a fox? Abby and I had so. much. fun. photographing Kayla. It was one of those shoots that felt less and less like work as we went along. We got to run all around her farm, taking photos in her house, in her yard, in sunflowers and with her horse Walker!

Hello, friends.
The Glasser Images compadres are headed off to a wedding (yay!) in one short hour, so I am quickly getting my daily blog fix.
This is a wee bit of the awesome shoot we had with Jordon just a week ago. Jordon is a senior and we were so blessed to be able to shoot her senior photos! Jordon is not only fantastic and complete sweetheart- she’s also an amazing dancer. So when I found out we were going to be hauling a giant trampoline into the middle of a field and we were going to shoot her literally dancing in midair, the photographer in me jumped for joy as well. And let me tell you, boys and girls- she soared. Literally. Watching her jumping in the air was stunning, and I’m fairly certain she has more grace in her pinky toe than I have in my entire body.

Hellooooo. I promised you all muchas Brianna and here she is!
As I said before, we had a blast and a half shooting her senior photos. She rocks, and therefore vicariously, her photos rock. I remember right before we were going to shoot, we were getting ready to leave Casa de Glasser Images and Brianna looks at me and goes “I don’t want pictures like everyone else. I just want them to be unique.”
Right on.
So we went. And we shot. And we laughed until our sides hurt.

I am a woman obsessed.
I love this blog. I love it. I just want to blog all day long.
I’m sure any long time bloggers that are reading this are laughing at me right about now. But this blog is fueling my soul, I swear.
This is the start of a loooooong parade of marvelous senior pictures, because let’s face it: we get to photograph some pretty sweet seniors. They are all rock stars and I am just thankful to be there with a camera.
For now, this is Brianna. We love her!
